·       Home search: individual needs analysis, property search, scheduling and property viewing, assistance with lease negotiations, and property hand-over including reporting.

·       Orientation: customised orientation tour, welcome package, viewings of possible housing options, survey of school systems and childcare services, shopping, recreational facilities, and more.
